When any website loads, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address and the pages you requested to the server that delivers it. This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-lived access and security logs as part of running the service. Typefaces come from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches those font files from Google while a page loads.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (city or region, not street), what kind of device and browser they use, and whether someone tapped the phone number, opened the booking page, sent the contact form or signed up for reminders. We do not send Google anything you type into a form, and we have not turned on Google’s advertising features for this site.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google’s own handling of this data is described in its privacy policy.
The contact form and reminder sign-up
What you type into the contact form, and the email address you give for enrollment reminders, is sent as an email to ZAVIA Health Insurance’s office inbox. Delivery is handled by Resend, an email service, which processes the message in order to send it. The website itself does not store what you submit.
Please do not put medical details, a Social Security number, a Marketplace password or financial documents into the form. Anything an application needs, we collect through a secure process, never by web form.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” buttons open Calendly in a new tab. Any details you enter there are handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy. This site does not load Calendly’s software on its own pages.
When you call or email
A phone or email link opens your own calling or email app. Whatever you send goes to its recipient and through the services that carry it. Keep a first email to basic contact details and a general question.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to outside resources such as HealthCare.gov. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
