When any website loads, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address and the pages you requested to the server that delivers it. This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-lived access and security logs as part of running the service. Typefaces come from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches those font files from Google while a page loads.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (city or region, not street), what kind of device and browser they use, and whether someone tapped the phone number, opened the booking calendar, booked a call, sent a form or signed up for reminders. We do not send Google anything you type into a form, and we have not turned on Google’s advertising features for this site.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google’s own handling of this data is described in its privacy policy.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads: it tells Meta which pages were viewed and whether someone sent a form, booked a call or tapped the phone number, so we can see which ads lead to real inquiries. When you send a form, our server also tells Meta about it and includes your email address, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match the inquiry to the ad you saw. Your message and other answers are never sent to Meta. Meta may connect this activity to a Facebook or Instagram account you are logged into; you can control that in your Meta account’s ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser.
The contact form and reminder sign-up
What you type into the contact form is sent as an email to ZAVIA Health Insurance’s office inbox. Delivery is handled by Resend, an email service, which processes the message in order to send it. The website itself does not store it.
The email address you give for enrollment reminders is kept on our reminder list at Resend, and used only for those reminders: one email when open enrollment opens and one before the December deadline. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them straight away. You can also reply to any of them and ask us to delete your address.
Call-back requests from our ad pages, and the forms inside our Facebook and Instagram ads, are handled the same way: what you enter is emailed to the office and added to the office’s private lead list in Google Sheets so we can follow up. If you give an email address, we send you one confirmation email. Meta also keeps a copy of what you submit through its own forms, under Meta’s privacy policy.
When you ask for a call back on our website, you agree that ZAVIA Health Insurance may call, text or email you about that request, including with automated calls or texts. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Please do not put medical details, a Social Security number, a Marketplace password or financial documents into the form. Anything an application needs, we collect through a secure process, never by web form.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” buttons open Calendly’s booking calendar in a window over the page. Calendly’s software loads only when you press one of those buttons, and any details you enter in it are handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy. We pass Calendly the address of the page you booked from and any campaign tags in it, so we can see which page or ad led to the booking. When you finish booking, Calendly lets the page know, and we tell Google Analytics and Meta that a call was booked, without any of your details.
When you call or email
A phone or email link opens your own calling or email app. Whatever you send goes to its recipient and through the services that carry it. Keep a first email to basic contact details and a general question.

Some pages link to outside resources such as HealthCare.gov. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
