Marketplace enrollment help in North Carolina
Sit down with a licensed agent and work through the application together, in the office or by phone. We go through it question by question, so the answers are right and you know what each one affects. Nothing is submitted until you say so. ZAVIA does not charge customers an additional fee for Marketplace enrollment assistance.

How we help
The application asks about income, household and coverage history in language that does not match how people describe their own lives.
After you enroll
You keep a direct line for the rest of the year: a mid-year change, a renewal question, or a claim that is not going the way it should.
